Crispy Shrimp


This dish is an easy menu that I always have for afternoon break.   You may have this dish for your party.  I’m sure everyone will enjoy!!


* Shu Mai Wrap

* Shrimp – cut head, take out shell and keep only tale

Shu Mai Wrap….. easy to find in Asian Supermarket



* Add some seasoning sauce and pepper on shrimp for flavor

* Wrap shrimp with Shu Mai Wrap

* Heat oil until hot and place shrimp to fried until golden brown

* Rest in basket to releast oil



 Serve with Dipping Sauce


Dipping Sauce

Mixed Plum Sauce & Chicken Sauce….taste whatever you like
