Eggs with Tamarind Sauce



* 5 Boiled Egg

* 2 Table Spoon Palm Sugar

* 2 Table Spoon Tamarine Paste

* 1 1/2 Table Spoon Fish Sauce

* 1 Tea Spoon Cornstarch (Melt with 3 Table Spoon of Water)

* 5 Deep Fried Dried Chillies

* 2 Table Spoon Deep Fried Red Onion

* Coriander Leaves for decorated


Prepare Egg

* Use folk dip-in over the boiled egg before fry

* Heat the oil in a deep-fryer

* Fry in hot oil until golden


Prepare Sauce >>

* Fill a pan with tamarind paste, palm sugar, fish sauce with 1/4 cup of water

* Heat until simmering

* Add cornstarch

* Stir together until mixture thickens slightly together

* It taste sweet, sour and salty a bit


* Half boiled egg cut

* Topping with sauce

* Follow with deep fried shallot and deep fried dried chilies

* Decorate with coriander leaves
